If you want to return an item, simply fill in the our returns form indicating your order number, which item(s) and the number of items to be returned, your reason for returning the item, and whether you are seeking a replacement, alternative or refund.

After we have emailed confirmation of your return it will be your responsibility to return the goods safely.
